Had a shoot this afternoon with Niki… and as always it was a most excellent time!

Back in the fall I packed up the car with bike, camera and laptop to spend a week with my friend Steven who was bacheloring for the week. We did some hiking, biking watched ‘extras’ and even got a fair bit of work done. He is a most excellent designer and we often collaborate.

Anyhoo, here are some scenics, portraits and riding photos. It was an excellent week and I really enjoyed the freedom and flexibility of being my own boss and being able to pull of a week like this!

We also shot some super8 film on a ride, if I ever find the time to deal with that it will be up here too! Or you can come over and I’ll set up the projector!

Some very good friends were in Calgary this past weekend with their new band the Bayonets. It was a most excellent show and very fun day. I shot both live photos and some promo photos for them.

It been a while since I’ve done anything with a band, it was good to get back to my roots for a while!
