Creeps

October 20th, 2006

A few weeks ago Nick and I did a shoot for work (Citytv) of all the on air personalities. The bulk of the work was standard head shots for any promotional needs.

We saved the Razer News (one of our stations for the young folks) lads for the end of the days. The studio we were shooting at as a big yard of stuff out front, including a wide selection of trucks. So we went out there and had some fun.

Golden, BC

October 20th, 2006

For anyone that has driven the TransCanada Highway west of Golden, knows there are some spectacular scenics. I happened to Drive thru at sunset, and ended up killing three hours withing a few kms of highway burning up and down gravel roads looking for better vantage points.

Eventualy came across an old broken building and did my first long exposure old building stuff. It was fun, more to come I am sure.

Alison & Wills Wedding

Original Rudes!

October 20th, 2006

So I shot a bboy demo thing … wow, almost a year ago, and these fellows liked my work so we did a big session of group and solo shots.

It was fun and I was very pleased with the results. Hope to work with these lads again!

theforest.ca / steven moving shoot

October 20th, 2006

So, I have a very good friend named Steven, he moved out to the Vancouver mid summer and also re-branded the designer part of himself.

Being a much experience hitchhiker he came up with this idea for a shoot to both push from his old site to new site… and to let people know shit was changing!

It was very early… and the beautiful 6am sun disappeared moments after we parked an unpacked the props. Oh well it was fun and turned out well and worked for him!

DirtBags

October 20th, 2006

My ol’ pal Aaron Simms has started a wicked company called Trail Crew Design Corp.. They have a contract with Rabbit Hill and I went up one weekend to for a little photo session with him and Brian.

It was fun, the trails are great and the hill is getting a really great response from the riders in Edmonton, which has made me very happy.

My cycling photography leaves a lot to be desired! Been what seems like forever since I’ve shot any biking. TOO LONG!

Skookum Falls

October 20th, 2006

This shot was one of 3 pieces than hung in my first “Art Show” back in July at Higher Ground (thanks to the Thought Express Collective).

Printed at 3′x2′ on canvas… amazing, although that spoiled me for printing and it will be very tough to do smaller prints of a show comes along.
